Oven Roasted Turky
PICK UP ORDERS WILL BE AT GEORGIA BROWN’S/950 15th Street NW  Thanksgiving Morning from 8am-11:15am.  Just pull up in front of the restaurant with your receipt at your designated time and we will put it in your car. If you need to change your pick up time, please call the restaurant at 202.393.4499.  If you would like to add to your order, just let us know when you arrive. The Chef has made additional sides, desserts, biscuits and cornbread just in case…we will ring it up as a separate order at the restaurant.  YOUR THANKSGIVING REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS FROM CHEF BRYAN: Fried or Roasted Turkey Re-heating Instructions; Your Turkey has been previously cooked to an internal temperature of minimally 165 degrees to ensure food safety. Our goal is to re-heat, no need to re-cook. For optimum heating, let your turkey sit at room temperature for a minimum of 1 hour before placing in pre-heated oven to take the “chill” off. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees. Cover your turkey with Aluminum Foil and cook covered for 35 minutes. Remove foil, reduce heat to 350 and cook an additional 30 minutes. Sides Medium – Medium High Heat for 8-12 minutes stir constantly Cornbread and Biscuits 300 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes to warm
